Work Schedule: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / Week

Local Candidates Preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Tester for Salesforce Applications
- Experience creating testing strategies, test plans, test cases, and testing documentation
- Strong understanding of Agile, Iterative, and Traditional SDLC methodologies
- Experience using Azure DevOps for test management, documentation, task tracking, and collaboration
- Experience with:
- Functional Testing
- System Testing
- Regression Testing
- Performance Testing
- Load Testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Experience with defect tracking, debugging, and software implementation support
- Knowledge of software quality assurance standards and testing methodologies
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with software automation procedures
- Performance benchmarking and application response time analysis
- Requirements analysis and business process validation
- Technical documentation and user guide creation
- Software security testing and vulnerability reporting
- Experience mentoring QA team members
