About the Position

Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical PM Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Med-Surg, telemetry, or PCU. - Must have EPIC EMR/charting experience. - At least 1 year of travel nursing experience. - 1 year of experience in a level 1 adult trauma designated hospital or equivalent within the last 5 years. - Experience with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4-6. Description: The position involves working in a medical-surgical unit. The RN will be assigned to a vacancy that best fits their experience. The expected work is 36 hours per week, consisting of three 12-hour shifts. Every other weekend will be required. The RN is expected to float to other equivalent units as needed. Typical nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:5-6. Populations served include Medicine, Surgery, Cardiac, and Client.
