At F45 Central Houston , a top 5% performing studio nationwide , we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Head Coach & Training Manager to lead our coaching team, elevate member experience, and help drive studio success. What You’ll Do As the Head Coach & Training Manager, you’ll combine expert-level coaching with leadership and team development. You’ll lead classes from the front, mentor other coaches, and help maintain a culture of energy, accountability, and results.
