Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and closing sales? Displays2Go is seeking an Account Development Specialist to help grow our customer base through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.

In this role, you'll connect with prospective customers, understand their business needs, recommend solutions, and convert opportunities into sales. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, outgoing, personable, and comfortable making cold calls while building lasting customer relationships. What You'll Do

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads, quote requests, outbound cold calls, and email outreach.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing and Technology teams to build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the best product solutions.
• Close sales and consistently achieve individual sales quotas.
• Research accounts, identify key contacts, and generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Displays2Go's products and services.
• Maintain and expand a pipeline of prospective customers within the CRM.
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong phone presence with experience making outbound cold calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and effectively manage time.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to analyze sales and customer data to develop effective contact strategies.
• Experience with ERP software, CRM systems, and contact center technologies is highly preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation

The starting pay for this position is $23.00+ per hour, with the final rate determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills. In accordance with Massachusetts pay transparency requirements, this posting reflects the anticipated starting compensation for the role. Compensation is based on several factors, including experience, education, training, and business needs.
