What You’ll Do :

• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, quotes, and order placement.
• Support sales projects from quote through delivery.
• Process stock and special-order materials.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Follow up on orders, backorders, and customer requests.
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide knowledgeable and responsive customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in an Inside Sales Coordinator role or similar position within the building materials industry required.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Competitive hourly pay plus monthly commission.
