What you will bring to this role: At least 2 years of experience in supervising production teams in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software About the Company: Stevens Industries is the largest manufacturer of commercial casework and architectural millwork in the United States.
