Team Lead, Operations

Team Lead, Operations Smart Data Solutions, a leading provider of data management, claim routing and workflow solutions to health plans and TPAs, is looking for a Team Lead to join our team! What you’ll be doing? Lead and manage a small team by monitoring daily productivity, completion, quality, and accuracy of work. Responsible for assigning team members to work on inventory based on priority (i.e. Certified Mail [UPS, FedEx and USPS Priority, etc.], Regular Mail, and Return Mail). Track and report on assigned client inventory daily. Ensure the team is achieving assigned clients’ service level agreements (SLAs). Be knowledgeable of all SDS client accounts and criteria associated with the accounts. Ensure team members adhere to their daily schedule and manage time off requests in ADP. Construct and adhere to a proactive and planful approach to time off requests to ensure proper staffing levels are met. Communicate staffing shortages or attendance issues to management in a timely manner. Hold team members accountable to department and company policies, including but not limited to the attendance policy. Responsible for training other team members regarding their job duties, including but not limited to cross training. Identify staffing/training needs for team. Coordinate with management regarding any issues relating to team. Perform other duties as assigned.
