You will be responsible for overseeing a team of dedicated Highway Construction Workers, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and TXDOT regulations. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on road safety in Texas.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team of Highway Construction WorkersManage project timelines and resources effectivelyOversee the installation and maintenance of guardrails, cable barriers, concrete barrier walls, and road signsEnsure strict adherence to safety guidelines and TXDOT regulationsCollaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goalsTravel within Texas (Monday through Friday)Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferredClass A CDL license is preferred but not required for initial hireProven experience in highway construction or related fieldStrong leadership and supervisory skillsAbility to work in physically demanding outdoor environmentsCommitment to safety and teamworkJoin Our Team: If you're a seasoned Highway Construction professional with a passion for safety and a desire to lead impactful projects, we want to hear from you.
