Overview Job Overview: A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join its litigation team in San Diego, California. Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, depositions, and mediations. Maintain communication with clients and insurers throughout the litigation process. Provide strategic legal counsel based on litigation experience. Manage day-to-day litigation tasks and meet billable targets. Requirements 2-3+ years of civil litigation experience. Proven ability to draft and argue motions effectively. Familiarity with the California court system. Proficiency in depositions and witness examinations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical skills and sound judgment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Active member of the California State Bar.
