Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Medical Claims Coordinator to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. Compensation:
$18/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday during standard business hours based on the candidate's local time zone
Key Responsibilities of the Medical Claims Coordinator:

• Support daily claim administration activities by accurately entering and updating information within internal systems.
• Maintain timely processing workflows to help meet established service and turnaround expectations.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure records are complete, accurate, and ready for review or further action.
• Ensure quality standards are met by reviewing entered data and identifying discrepancies for correction.
• Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks that contribute to overall team productivity.

Qualifications and Skills for the Medical Claims Coordinator:

• Previous experience working with medical claims, insurance processes, or a related healthcare administration function.
• Understanding of common industry terminology and documentation associated with healthcare claims.
• Strong data entry capabilities with the ability to manage large volumes of information accurately.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly through provided training and onboarding support.
