It is physical, fast-paced, and high-responsibility work that directly impacts people during some of the most stressful times of their lives.If you want meaningful work and the opportunity to grow - we want to talk.The RoleAs a Restoration Technician, you will respond to water, fire, mold, and specialty mitigation projects and assist in returning properties to safe, pre-loss condition.Responsibilities include:Emergency response to residential and commercial lossesWater extraction, equipment setup, and monitoringMoisture mapping and job documentationControlled demolition and removal of damaged materialsCleaning, sanitation, and containment setupOperating specialized drying and restoration equipmentMaintaining organized job sites, vehicles, and equipmentCommunicating professionally with clients and project managersAdhering strictly to safety standards and company proceduresWork ExpectationsRestoration is an on-demand industry.This is a full-time position that routinely requires extended hours, overtime, and on-call availability. Work weeks often range between 45–50 hours, and may exceed that during storm events or high-volume periods.This role is best suited for individuals who:Are comfortable working long hours when the workload requires itUnderstand that emergency response does not operate on a 9–5 scheduleWant strong earning potential through overtimeTake pride in being dependable when clients need us mostIf you are seeking a consistent 40-hour workweek with minimal overtime, this role may not be the right fit.What We Look ForStrong work ethic and reliabilityPhysical capability to lift and move heavy equipmentMechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilityCoachability and willingness to learnProfessional communication skillsValid driver's license with clean driving recordPreferred but not required:IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.)OSHA 10 or 30Construction or mitigation experienceWe will train the right candidate.
