You will be responsible for administering a portfolio of complex trust accounts, ensuring that each account operates effectively. You know the importance of being there for your customers and fully understanding their needs. Most importantly, this role is about building trust through every interaction and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.What you’ll do:Review and administer a portfolio of complex fiduciary accounts in accordance with the governing documentsManage client relationships by fully understanding their needs, maintaining regular client contact (including attendings with clients and potential clients as appropriate) and proactively driving asset re-discovery while delivering an excellent overall experienceProfile clients and establish goals, objectives, and risk parametersEnsure compliance with all laws, regulations and internal policies by tracking operative updates and appropriately documenting exceptionsLead and mentor other account administrators, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure effective team collaboration and achievement of departmental goalsAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you’ll need: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of trust administration experience, OR Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school with 3+ years of trust administration experienceDemonstrated experience administrating complex fiduciary accountsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft applicationsAdditional Preferred Skills:Proficiency in trust accounting systemsCTFA, CFP, or similar professional designationOur Benefits:At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
