Tile Installer - Full-Time

Boise, ID Monday-Friday $30.00/hour DOE

We're currently looking for a Full-Time Tile Installer to join our Boise team . If you take pride in delivering beautiful finished work, enjoy working independently, and are committed to exceeding customer expectations, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do

As a Tile Installer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality backsplash and tile installations while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Install tile backsplashes and other tile projects with precision and attention to detail
• Read and interpret custom layouts and installation plans
• Prepare surfaces, including waterproofing, drywall repair, and other necessary prep work
• Remove existing tile when required
• Ensure all installations meet FLOFORM's quality standards
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues efficiently
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and business clients throughout the installation process
• Coordinate with the office team to resolve job site concerns when necessary
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of tile installation experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand detailed installation layouts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel to customer homes and businesses throughout the service area
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable, flexible, and committed to getting the job done right the first time
