Job Description Job Description Dental Patient Coordinator. Private Dental Office – West Boca Raton, FL. We are a friendly, patient-focused private dental office in West Boca Raton looking for a reliable, organized, and personable Front Office/ Patient Coordinator to join our small team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and creating a welcoming experience for patients from the moment they call or walk in. Fully bilingual required (English & Spanish). Saturdays until 2:30pm. Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls professionally and warmly. Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Welcome patients and assist with check-in/check-out. Manage daily schedule flow and help minimize gaps/cancellations. Verify and update patient information. Collect payments and review treatment estimates when needed. Coordinate communication between patients and clinical team. Maintain a clean, organized, and positive front office environment. Assist with recalls and follow-up calls. Qualifications: Dental office experience preferred (1+ year ideal). Strong communication and customer service skills. Above & beyond attitude!! Friendly, professional, and dependable personality. Comfortable multitasking and handling a busy phone line. Experience with dental software preferred (Dentrix). Knowledge of PPO insurance is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Compensation: Entry level with/without dental experience: $16-$20/hour. Strong dental front desk coordinator: $20-$24/hour.
