You're a strong stylist who's ready for more than a chair. At Sport Clips Hilliard North (Britton Pkwy), the Assistant Manager runs the floor alongside the Store Manager, coaches the team, and gets paid for results - with a direct path to running your own store.


What you'll make

• $26-$35/hr base plus leadership pay on top
• Tips - you're still behind the chair, and our guys tip well
• Weekend hours paid at a higher hourly rate
• Star Level pay bumps: hit your numbers and your hourly rate goes up, permanently - Rising Star, Star, All Star, MVP, Platinum
• Quarterly Team Bonus: more $/hr for everyone when the store hits its goal - and you're the one driving it

What you'll do

• Run the floor when the Store Manager is off - opening, closing, and keeping the wait times down
• Coach stylists on the MVP experience, product recommendations, and client satisfaction scores
• Help with scheduling, inventory, and team huddles
• Set the example behind the chair - you're still cutting, and you're the standard
• Train as the next Store Manager - this is the seat we promote from

What we're looking for

• Active Ohio cosmetology or barber license
• Experience behind the chair and a track record of strong numbers - or the drive to build one
• A natural leader: you'd rather help the team win than win alone
• Reliable, organized, and available for weekends and key shifts
