Architectural Sales Representative

Position Overview dormakaba is seeking an Architectural Sales Representative remotely based in the continental United States. The Architectural Sales Representative is responsible for influencing project specifications by engaging architects, consultants, and design firms early in the project lifecycle. This role ensures dormakaba products are specified into projects, increasing win probability, improving pipeline quality, and expanding deal value through solution-based and service-inclusive specifications. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $75,000 - $95,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) What you will do Engage architects and consultants to position dormakaba products in project specifications Influence "basis of design" decisions early in project lifecycle Build and maintain relationships with architectural and engineering firms Identify projects where competitors are specified and influence redesign or substitution Identify and track projects from early design through construction What we require 5+ years experience with architectural specification sales or building products sales Experience working with architects, engineers, spec writers, and security consultants Strong knowledge of Division 08 and construction standards Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot What we prefer Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, architecture, or related field What we offer Taking Care of our Employees on Day One with Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance coverage options.
