RN - FT / Day Shift for Mental Health Residential Facility We are Harmony Hills Behavioral Health (HHBH), a longstanding residential treatment facility serving adults with primary mental health disorders, located in Altoona, FL, less than one hour north of Orlando. In our serene, rural setting, guests heal away from the stresses of everyday life through evidence‑based and holistic treatment therapies. We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide excellent care in a residential treatment facility serving individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. Schedule Full‑time (FT) days Three 12‑hour shifts (7 am‑7 pm) per week Scheduled every other weekend Minimum Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health environment Ability to work the required schedule Background in home health, ER acute care, or residential treatment preferred Pass an AHCA Level 2 background check Duties Medication administration Daily nursing assessment to evaluate physical and mental health, including risk to self/other Documentation in EMR of medication compliance, assessment results, and physician orders Milieu management: assisting guests with self‑regulation and maintaining safety Participation in the treatment team; collaboration with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, ARNPs, and mental‑health therapists Qualifications & Experience Active RN license (required) Behavioral health experience: 2 years (required) Education: A.S. in Nursing or BSN degree Pay $26–$38 per hour (depending on position and experience) Benefits Competitive benefits package with voluntary and company‑paid plans Employee assistance program Professional development and ongoing compliance training #J-18808-Ljbffr Mental Health Treatment Centers of America
