RN - PT / Nights (2 Shifts per Wk) - Mental Health Facility

We are looking for a compassionate Nurses to provide excellent care in a residential treatment facility serving individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. We seek an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! Schedule PT status / NIGHTs - 2 shifts per week 7p - 7a / holidays and weekends / Shift differential for nights and OT rate for holidays worked 12-hour Shift Holidays Weekend availability Minimum Requirements Minimum of (2) years of experience in a mental health environment. Able to work the schedule as above noted for each role. Background in home health, ER acute care and residential treatment preferred. Able to pass a AHCA level 2 background check. Duties Medication administration Daily nursing assessment to evaluate physical health and mental health, including risk to self/other Documentation in EMR of medication compliance, assessment results, and physician orders Milieu Management: assisting guests with self-regulation and maintaining safety Participation in treatment team; collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to include Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, ARNPs, and Mental Health Therapists.
