FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Job Overview Front of House Lead Supervisor – Full time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM at Illumina – 5200 Illumina Way, San Diego, CA 92122. This is a full‑time, on‑site position. Pay range is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour. Prior cafe and barista experience is preferred. Internal employee referral bonus available. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimize waste. Ensure staff is on task, quality‑assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized. Monitor marketing signage to confirm it is current and appropriate. Uphold policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds. Previous experience in a food service environment preferred.
