Logistics CoordinatorAuto Driveaway, a professional driveaway company serving the corporate fleet, upfitter and leasing industries, is seeking a professional Logistics Coordinator to provide administrative support and dispatch duties through coordination with drivers and operations leadership. As a leading national provider of professional vehicle relocation services, Auto Driveaway primarily serves large corporate fleets, fleet management companies, upfitters, dealerships, and vehicle/truck OEMs with fast, safe and reliable door-to-door driveaway service. Our services include fleet shipping and fleet management services, single vehicle "door-to-door driveaway" shipping, as well as short-term and reconditioning services across all asset types. We accomplish this with personalized customer experience, an unwavering commitment to safety, and a national network of professional drivers that ensure quality, accountability, and reliability on every trip.Responsibilities:Communicate and solve problems with dispatch staff and driversThis role requires driving (approximately 60%), and may require driving for extended periodsMoving & delivering vehicles (service, detail etc.)Ensure all driver documents are complete, accurate, and imagedAssist with the payment and loading of driver fundsAssist with calling and confirming delivery pointsProvide phone coverage and route calls to appropriate staffImplement departmental checklists to support established responsibilities and proceduresComplete and update all order system work assignments in an efficient and accurate methodInteract with drivers and other staff in a professional and courteous mannerAssign drivers to available loadsFoster a team-oriented work environmentMake safety an everyday priorityOther duties as assignedQualifications:Possess personal drive and internal motivation toward higher achievementAbility to sustain a high level of activity, prioritize and perform a variety of tasksSelf-motivated with a strong desire for task completion and follow-upSharp attention to detail and accuracy; excellent organizational skillsAbility to communicate with drivers and customers in an enthusiastic and professional mannerExcellent customer service: both written and verbalRoutinely demonstrates and creates a cooperative and positive work cultureThrive in a team environmentGeneral office skills- scanning, faxing, copyingClean Motor Vehicle RecordBenefits include:Health, Dental and Optical InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Vacation / Wellbeing days401K ProgramRequirements:High school diploma or GEDMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to do the jobStrong logistic and geographic skill setMinimum 5 years' experience with Windows computer system and Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced, dynamic environmentStrong knowledge of customer service delivery techniques and problem-solving methodsAccurate typing skillsKnowledge of queries, sorting and other database related skillsAuto Driveaway maintains a smoke-free work environment in accordance with company policy and applicable law.Auto Driveaway participates in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility.
