Job Title: Human Resources Assistant I Location: Richmond, VA Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $25.00–$35.00 per hour Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities • Assist the HR team aligned to the Home Health segment of the company in delivering required pre-hire & onboarding process deliverables across a variety of site locations. This includes but is not limited to assisting with:

• Post-employment drug screening
• Managing the background process including clinical licensure review
• Uploading appropriate paperwork in DoucCloud (I-9, offer letters, sign-on bonuses)
• Using e-verification system for I-9's
• Preparing reports and correspondence about status of pre-hire and onboarding processes, referring issues as needed to HR team
• Coordinating communications with employees and office staff regarding day 1 actions, including registering new hires for orientation
• Prepare reports and correspondence, as directed
• Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by Human Resources Department

Requirements • 2-3 years of experience
