Step into a pivotal role supporting students and fostering their growth as a full-time paraprofessional in a dynamic educational setting near Westminster, CO. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work closely with learners both one-on-one and in classroom environments, positively impacting their daily academic experiences. As a paraprofessional, collaboration is at the heart of the role, working hand-in-hand with educators to implement Individualized Education Programs and maintain a structured, inclusive atmosphere.

- Assist in implementing and tracking progress on Individualized Education Programs
- Encourage positive behavior and help sustain a structured, engaging learning environment
- Adapt instructional methods and activities to suit different learning styles and challenges
- Model respectful communication and professionalism at all times
