Job Description As a Security Officer Access Credential Operations in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Our Security Officers support a dynamic automotive location by monitoring assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, maintaining access control, and remaining visible to help deter incidents. You will deliver exceptional customer service and communication while supporting a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.52 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Thur 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Fri 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Sat 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the automotive facility, including business areas, production-related locations, parking areas and perimeter. Monitor access points and help maintain authorized entry procedures for personnel, visitors, contractors and deliveries. Document incidents, observations and policy violations, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts. Minimum Requirements Possess at least one year of security-related experience. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
