SUMMARY The HR Business Partner supports business leaders and employees by providing practical, responsive human resources guidance, with a strong emphasis on employee relations, employee training, performance management, and workplace compliance. This position builds trusted relationships across the organization, helps managers address workplace concerns promptly and consistently, and develops training programs that strengthen leadership capability, employee performance, and engagement. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Employee Relations Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and managers regarding workplace concerns, performance issues, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution. Conduct prompt, fair, and well-documented workplace investigations. Coach managers on corrective action, performance improvement plans, attendance concerns, and other employee relations matters. Facilitate difficult conversations and help resolve workplace conflicts professionally and constructively. Identify employee relations trends and recommend preventive solutions. Ensure employee matters are handled consistently, confidentially, and in compliance with company policy and applicable employment laws. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation relating to investigations, coaching, corrective actions, and employee complaints. Support organizational changes, employee separations, and other sensitive employment actions. Employee Training and Development Assess training needs in partnership with leadership, managers, and employees. Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs on topics such as supervisory skills, respectful workplace conduct, anti-harassment, performance management, communication, workplace policies, and legal compliance. Create practical training materials, presentations, guides, and manager resources. Track required training completion and maintain accurate training records. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and workplace outcomes. Coach managers on effective employee communication, documentation, feedback, and conflict management. Support onboarding and orientation programs to help employees understand company expectations, culture, policies, and resources. HR Business Partnership Partner with business leaders to understand operational needs and recommend effective people strategies. Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, retention, and succession planning. Support the performance review and merit increase processes. Analyze HR trends and metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement. Assist with the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures. Collaborate with HR team members on leave administration and immigration administration. Support company-wide HR initiatives and other projects as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Five or more years of progressive HR experience, including substantial employee relations and training responsibilities. Experience conducting workplace investigations and advising managers on performance and corrective-action matters. Demonstrated experience developing and delivering employee and management training. Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws. Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, conflict-resolution, and presentation skills. Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters professionally. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with HR information systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual training platforms. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
