Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (IMCU) – Georgia

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 48 hours per week, 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio in a 10-16 bed Intermediate Care Unit

Highlights:

• Intermediate Care Unit setting with diverse patient population
• Case mix includes sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, Type 2 diabetes, substance abuse, and encephalopathy
• Experience managing heparin drips and complex medical conditions
• Manageable 1:4 patient ratio supporting quality patient care
• Contract assignment with competitive compensation package

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia or compact state license
• Minimum 2 years of recent IMCU or ICU nursing experience
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing acutely ill patients and critical drips
