Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job

Nuclear Medicine Technologist, Nuclear Medicine specialty, Petoskey, Michigan. This travel assignment starts July 13, 2026 for 13 weeks with a weekly pay range of $2,496–$2,544 and no guaranteed hours. Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday (5x8 days). Setting: hospital-based travel assignment; you will float between two Michigan locations as assigned.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals (radioactive drugs) to patients for diagnostic imaging or treatment
- Operate specialized imaging equipment to create images showing how organs and tissues are functioning
- Explain procedures to patients and ensure radiation safety for patients and staff
- Maintain, calibrate, and perform quality control on imaging equipment; document processes
- Collaborate with physicians to interpret images and contribute to diagnostic decisions and patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with radiation safety standards; may float between assigned locations within Michigan

Requirements
- NMTCB certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (required)
- Cardio imaging experience (required)
- Minimum 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience (required)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital travel assignment and to float between two Michigan locations as assigned
