• Language Proficiency: Fully fluent in both English and Spanish (required).

• Experience: Previous administrative or front-desk receptionist experience.

• Adaptability & Initiative: A proactive mindset and a high comfort level supporting diverse office functions in a new position.

• Communication: Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.

• Organization: Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Greeting visitors and customers
• Providing bilingual customer service (English/Spanish)
• Assisting with general office and administrative duties
• Supporting the Sales, Accounting, Marketing, and Management team as needed
• Filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization
• Helping keep the office organized and running efficiently
