About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and elevate our service offering. The RN in our luxury IV lounge will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier intravenous therapy and aesthetic services. The ideal candidate will possess advanced clinical skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to create a welcoming and professional experience for our clients. Clinical Practice WHAT YOU WILL DO Provide comprehensive clinical assessment and medical treatments and procedures as prescribed in the patient protocol Competently and independently perform blood draws, formulate and administer IV infusions, shots and other medical procedures Assess and monitor patient responses to IV therapy and other treatments, making adjustments as necessary and ensuring a comfortable experience Adhere to all clinic and patient safety standards, protocols, policies, procedures Provide medical care instructions, education and guidance to patients Provide wellness/aesthetic consultations and patient education; recommend retail products and cross promote med spa and naturopathic services Continuously improve professional and technical skill by attending educational workshops & training, reviewing professional publications to keep abreast of developments in the industry Understand the LIVV patient experience and emulate that standard of care for all patients in every interaction Have fun – strive to become optimal to help other become optimal as well Client Experience Deliver exceptional, personalized service in a high-end lounge environment Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and empathetic interactions Address client concerns and questions with expertise and care Develop a deep understanding of all aesthetic and naturopathic services to inform patients and staff on the indications and benefits Retain patients through consistent and detailed reconciling and follow-up procedures Administrative Duties Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment plans and progress notes Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards Demonstrate brand loyalty and promotion of company as an individual and as a team member; apply an ‘intrapreneurial’ mindset to build a caseload Contribute to the creation of marketing assets that are consistent with and support the LIVV brand What You Will Bring Proficient in entry level nursing practices with 2+ years clinical experience as an RN Experienced IV clinician, skilled IV formulation and administration. Excels in patient care, exemplary in customer service.
