Status: Full-Time WorkShift: Evenings and Weekends Hours: Varies What Your Day Looks Like: Senior Pharmacy is a long-term carepharmacy that provides exceptional and safe care for our patients. Our team works closely with providers, nursing staff and other facility staff to ensure our residents and patients receive the highest quality of care and live their best lives. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be: Entering new prescription orders, refill requests, and patient profile updates into the pharmacy computer system Assisting the Pharmacist with communication to patients and providers Preparing and labeling medications for dispensing Coordinates directly with facility nurses, billing supervisors, and delivery drivers to ensure timely medication cycles and resolve delivery issues Assuring adequate supplies of medications are available Delivering meds to patients, nursing units, and LTC facilities Qualifications Education: HS diploma or equivalent required Experience: Hospital or retail pharmacy experience preferred Skills: Customer service, computer proficiency, and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information relating to the needs of individual patients Licensure/Certification:Registered Pharmacy Technician in the State of Missouri upon hire Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting and standing Benefits That Support You Competitive wages,annual merit increases, employee wellness program Why CMH?
