FAB Engineer

Responsibilities Work closely with Global Operations teams to avoid or mitigate operations‑related risks and issues. Produce and publish a build‑plan for Manufacturing NPI teams to execute. As needed, collaborate with PDT on product specific issues and escalations. Work closely with Fab NPI Business process owner and Transfer managers to pilot next technology at Front End Manufacturing sites. Develop and report performance metrics for continuous improvement. Find opportunities to continuously improve NPI business processes or tools, drive consensus around the need for change and drive project through to completion. Partner with all MFG sites to capture and fan out NPI BKMs. Traveling to manufacturing sites for vital face‑to‑face engagement. 10% travel required. Qualifications Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in the position or related occupation.
