A day in the life As our Senior Client Manager on the Business Insurance team, you will oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role involves leading the marketing process, preparing comprehensive proposals, binding coverage, and ensuring the accuracy of policy documentation. You will also mentor team members, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to the agency’s growth and retention goals.
