You'll work closely with loan consultants, underwriters, real estate agents, and insurance advisors to deliver a smooth, accurate, and efficient closing experience. We'll set you up for success with a comprehensive training program, sponsored NMLS licensing, and a personalized career progression plan - with past Mortgage Closing Consultants going on to roles in sales, operations, team lead, and market management. Key Responsibilities Analyze loan applications and supporting documents to ensure they meet underwriting standards Guide clients confidently through the final stages of the mortgage process Collaborate with loan consultants, underwriters, real estate agents, and insurance advisors to ensure accurate and timely closings Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, answering questions and easing concerns during a high-stakes process Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in documentation before closing Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines A collaborative, team-first mindset Willingness to obtain an NMLS license (sponsored by CapCenter) Compensation The base hourly pay range for this position is $24.04 - $28.85 per hour. Individual starting pay will be determined based on job-related considerations, including relevant qualifications, experience, location, education, certifications, skills, and other job-related factors. This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with applicable law. In addition to base hourly pay and overtime, this position is eligible for transaction-based incentive compensation based on performance and discretionary bonus opportunities. As a result, total cash compensation may vary based on hours worked, overtime, individual performance, transaction-based incentive earnings, and any applicable discretionary bonus.
