Now hiring a Receiving Clerk in Hanford, CA - Apply now!Job Title: Receiving ClerkPay Rate: $18/hr.Shift: 1stBenefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D, PSLRole is responsible for accurately receiving raw materials, packaging, and supplies; maintaining inventory records, assisting with purchase; and ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and conditionMatch deliveries to purchase orders, packing slips, and bills of ladingOperate forklifts and pallet jacks to unload, move, and store materials safelyEnter receiving and inventory data into computerized inventory and ERP systemsPerform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories as scheduledIdentify, report, and help resolve inventory discrepancies or damaged goodsMaintain accurate receiving paperwork, logs, and inventory recordsProvide clerical and administrative support to warehouse and production staff as neededEnsure compliance with GMPs, food safety requirements, and company policiesFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized receiving areaRequired QualificationsPrior experience as a Receiving Clerk or in a warehouse/manufacturing environmentForklift certification and hands-on forklift operating experienceBasic computer skills (inventory systems, data entry, Microsoft Office)Ability to read and interpret purchase orders and shipping documentsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50lbs.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate material handling equipment throughout the shiftFull Steam Staffing will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act.
