Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) – Ellie Mental Health – Grapevine, TX

Ellie Mental Health is a fast-growing, multi-clinic mental health organization focused on removing the administrative barriers that get in the way of providing exceptional client care. We prioritize clinician well-being by offering strong compensation, flexible scheduling, full administrative support, and a culture built on authenticity, creativity, compassion, and humor.

We are seeking licensed or soon-to-be licensed therapists who are passionate about expanding access to high-quality mental health services. Opportunities include individual, family, and group therapy, as well as Telehealth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions/week (for full-time clinicians)
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services
• Complete documentation according to company standards
• Coordinate care with internal and external providers and supports
• Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and required training

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field (from an accredited institution)
• Active or in-progress clinical licensure (LPC, LPC-S, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT)
• Experience with treatment plans, diagnostic assessments, and clinical documentation
• Experience working with children, teens, and adolescents
• Strong communication skills and professional boundaries
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Ability to pass a background check

Compensation: $58,260.46 - $80,000.00 per year
