Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Open to: Contractor, Part-Time and Full-TimeSalt & Light Psychological Services seeks a licensed therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based outpatient care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide evidencebased psychotherapy for individuals across the lifespan, including clinical screening, assessment, and treatment planning.Conduct psychotherapy intakes using traumainformed, clientcentered approaches.Deliver ongoing individual, family, and/or couples therapy, utilizing modalities such as CBT and motivational interviewing.Collaborate with physicians, schools, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care.Maintain adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and professional practice guidelines.Participate in clinical supervision, case consultation, and continuing education to strengthen clinical competencies.(Licensed Psychologists only): Psychologists will also conduct psychological/psychoeducational testing and assessment, including test administration, scoring, interpretation, and report writing, as part of their clinical role.RequirementsActive LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist in the State of Texas.3+ years of clinical experience providing therapy in outpatient, community mental health, or similar settings.Strong skills in psychotherapy intakes, treatment planning, crisis assessment, and managing complex cases.Ability to engage clients with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and strong clinical judgment.Geriatric experience a plus.(Licensed Psychologists only): Must hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D./Psy.D.) from an APAaccredited university/program.Work HoursMay require some weekends and later hours based on caseload; schedule can be augmented to accommodate.Combination of inperson and telehealth sessions, based on patient preference.BenefitsComprehensive healthcare package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).Paid time off and flexible scheduling.Full administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance coordination.Combination of internal learning opportunities and team meetings, with lunch provided.Supportive, collaborative clinical environment with opportunities for professional development.ScheduleMonday through Saturday FlexibleWork settings include inperson and telehealth services.
