This full-time position offers a salary range of USD 75,000 to 105,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus for new licensed therapists. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health needs, enabling you to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based therapy modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), through secure virtual platforms, ensuring client engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, providing empathetic support and guidance throughout their journey toward wellness. Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored specifically to each client’s background, preferences, and treatment objectives. Maintain precise and timely documentation of therapy sessions, client interactions, and progress reports within our client management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Patient Population / Client Focus As a Mental Health Counselor with us, you will work with a diverse clientele facing an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Our clients range from adults to adolescents, allowing you to apply your skills in various contexts and create meaningful connections to improve their overall quality of life. Qualifications Current and valid license in Texas as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). A minimum of a Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport and establishing a therapeutic alliance with clients in a remote setting. A strong sense of empathy and understanding towards clients’ diverse experiences and challenges. Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities to efficiently handle multiple therapy sessions and documentation from a distance. Preferred Experience Previous experience in telehealth or virtual counseling preferred, with a strong grasp of relevant software and technology tools. Experience in working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or trauma survivors, is advantageous. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and ongoing professional development in contemporary mental health practices. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary range of USD 75,000 to 105,000, inclusive of eligibility for a sign-on bonus.
