Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status and specific needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, ensuring evidence-based practices are utilized throughout the process. Provide high-quality individual therapy to adult clients, using various therapeutic modalities tailored to their unique situations. Offer teletherapy sessions via secure video platforms, allowing for flexible and accessible care that suits both the therapist and the client. Provide crisis intervention services as required, demonstrating responsiveness to clients in urgent situations. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and remain current with best practices in the mental health field. As a therapist with Anchored Hope, you will have the autonomy to choose the therapeutic techniques you feel most comfortable with, creating a personalized therapeutic experience that best suits each client. Qualifications A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients. Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads. Preferred Experience Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating the ability to manage diverse client needs effectively. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and practices that enhance online client engagement.
