Key Responsibilities Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions through secure video conferencing tools, ensuring privacy and compliance with regulations. Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to develop personalized treatment plans that respond effectively to each client’s unique needs. Guide clients in gaining insights into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, fostering self-awareness and personal growth. Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal health outcomes. Assist clients in developing a range of coping mechanisms by facilitating workshops, resources, and individual strategies tailored to their situations. Collaborate with our internal team to share best practices and enhance the delivery of mental health services. Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and interpersonal issues. Your expertise will help these individuals navigate their mental health journeys, ultimately leading them toward improved well-being and quality of life. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required. You must hold one of the following credentials, allowing you to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) . Candidates should not have any limited, provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on their record. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others are essential characteristics. Proficient computer skills, including experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records. Preferred Experience Previous experience in providing teletherapy is preferred but not mandatory. Experience with diverse client populations and a background in outpatient mental health settings are advantageous. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this role is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on experience and work hours.
