Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs, challenges, and goals. Design and implement personalized therapeutic care plans tailored to individual client circumstances. Provide therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based techniques. Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches and care plans as necessary. Facilitate workshops and group therapy sessions to promote mental wellness and coping strategies. Adhere to confidentiality standards and local, state, and federal regulatory requirements to ensure safe and respectful treatment. Engage actively in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance counseling skills and knowledge. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client base that includes individuals from various backgrounds experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and other life transitions. You will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive and empowering therapeutic relationship in a remote setting, allowing clients to navigate their emotional challenges effectively. Listening deeply and providing tailored support will be essential to achieving positive outcomes. Qualifications A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. An active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in Vermont. Demonstrated expertise in therapy practices, with a strong understanding of evidence-based interventions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect authentically with clients. A proactive mindset conducive to both independent work and collaborative team dynamics. Preferred Experience A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, providing therapy to a varied clientele. Compensation and Benefits This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
