Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and identify appropriate treatment goals. Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique situation. Provide a range of therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy, using approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on therapeutic outcomes and client feedback. Maintain accurate and timely records in line with organizational policies and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to offer integrated care solutions and holistic support for clients. Stay informed about developments in mental health practices and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities related to your field. Patient Population / Client Focus You will engage with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Our client population reflects diverse backgrounds, age groups, and cultural perspectives, allowing you to employ a variety of therapeutic approaches while actively contributing to their mental health journey. Qualifications A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required for this role. Active state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD). Preferred Experience Minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing therapeutic services in a mental health setting. Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems to facilitate client management. Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective client engagement and rapport-building. Ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team atmosphere. Familiarity with evidence-based treatments and innovative therapeutic methods for enhancing client outcomes. Compensation and Benefits This competitive position offers a salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
