Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms, histories, and personal challenges, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.
• Create individualized treatment plans that align with each client's aspirations and therapeutic goals, utilizing a strengths-based approach.
• Conduct therapy sessions via telehealth, employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies to help clients achieve sustainable progress.
• Collaborate with clients on the exploration of coping mechanisms and the development of practical skills to manage their mental health effectively.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records adhering to ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA requirements.
• Participate regularly in clinical supervision and team case consultations to uphold quality care and enhance your professional skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural backgrounds, all seeking support for mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. A cultural competence and an understanding of varied perspectives will help you build trusting relationships with clients, promoting effective therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications

• A master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is mandatory.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist, including LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing therapy to different client demographics, including individual, couples, family, or group settings is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a deep respect and understanding of clients’ diverse backgrounds will enhance the therapeutic alliance.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
