On Site PMHNP Opening Fort Wayne, INFull TimePermanent PositionLocal Candidates Only At This TimeExperience RequiredSeeking PMHNP to join behavioral health team in Fort Wayne, IndianaPosition Highlights:Inpatient psychiatry position with some IOP coverageMonday through Friday schedule, 8 AM - 5 PMTypical patient volume of 14-16 patients per dayCollaborative treatment team environmentDedicated utilization review and social work supportDaily multidisciplinary treatment meetingsOpportunity for additional compensated call coverageAbility to maintain private practice outside scheduled hoursResponsibilities:Perform psychiatric evaluations and assessmentsManage inpatient psychiatric treatment plansProvide medication management and follow-up careParticipate in intensive outpatient program coverageCollaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health teamMaintain accurate and timely documentationQualifications:Active Indiana PMHNP license and DEAInpatient psychiatric experience requiredAbility to practice independentlyCompensation & Benefits:Competitive base salaryProductivity bonus opportunitiesAdditional compensation for call coverageMedical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance401(k) retirement planFlexible spending and health savings accountsPaid time offContinuing medical education (CME) supportPaid malpractice insurance with tail coverageEmployee assistance and referral programs
