Experienced Service Advisor Location: Heiser Sturgeon Bay Pay: Compensation based on experience Join Our Team Heiser Automotive Group is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor to join our award-winning service team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, ensuring every guest receives a professional, transparent, and positive experience from check-in through vehicle delivery. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs. Prepare repair orders and communicate recommendations clearly. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs. Provide customers with updates on repair status and estimated completion times. Explain repair recommendations, maintenance needs, and associated costs. Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently. Review completed repairs with customers and ensure complete satisfaction. Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and sales performance goals. Qualifications Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required. Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment. Strong organizational and computer skills. Experience with dealership management systems is preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
