Automotive Service Advisor
Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin | Full-Time | $50,000 – $90,000 (Based on experience & performance)

About the Role
As a Service Advisor at Young Automotive, you are far more than a point of contact—you are the vital bridge between our customers and our shop floor. In this dynamic, people-first role, you act as a trusted guide for vehicle owners, listening carefully to their concerns, outlining clear diagnostic and repair solutions, and ensuring a seamless experience from drop-off to pickup.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Guidance: Warmly welcome customers, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and create detailed, accurate repair orders.
• Proactive Communication: Keep customers informed every step of the way—providing timely updates on inspection findings, estimates, and repair timelines so they never have to guess.
• Workflow Coordination: Partner closely with technicians and dispatch to prioritize repair schedules, track job progress, and maintain smooth shop throughput.
• Service Delivery: Walk customers through completed work clearly and transparently, ensuring they feel confident in the care their vehicle received.
• Administrative Excellence: Maintain precise records using modern shop management software, schedule appointments, and manage inbound customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous background as a Service Advisor in an automotive repair or dealership setting is preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of vehicle systems and routine automotive services.
• Software Familiarity: Experience with shop management tools like Tekmetric, OktoRocket, or Shop Hero is a plus (training is provided for the right candidate).
• Requirements: Valid Driver’s License and ability to work on-site in Sturgeon Bay, WI.
