Description: Will evaluate, plan, and implement programs in accordance with indicated procedures. Formulate specific goals for patient treatment by collaborating with other healthcare personnel and patients. Prepare and maintain notes and discharge records in a timely manner. Attend designated clinics, rounds, and conferences, and render patient information. Participate in educational programs for staff members, students, volunteers, and other professional healthcare personnel. Train new staff members and serve as a clinical instructor for senior-level students. Facilitate new program development. Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.
