About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and executing the organization's strategic priorities, leading and managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring alignment with key company goals. This role involves preparing high-level communications, presentations, and reports to support executive decision-making, as well as gathering and analyzing data to provide actionable insights. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for facilitating leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and coordinating company offsites. Additionally, the role includes supporting the CEO in managing time, priorities, and relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and at times, representing the CEO in various engagements.
