No sales experience? That's okay. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you learn the role and build your confidence.

What You'll Do:

• Meet and talk with customers face-to-face in a retail setting
• Help customers find products and services that fit their needs
• Answer questions and provide a great customer experience
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Learn through ongoing training and coaching

Pay & Growth:

We offer a base vs. commission pay structure , so as you grow your sales skills and performance, you have the opportunity to grow your earnings too.

Our sales reps currently average around $1,364 per week, with top performers earning $2,000+ per week. Earnings vary based on individual performance and are not guaranteed.

We also believe in helping our team grow. You'll receive ongoing training and coaching, with opportunities to take on more responsibility and advance as you develop.
