Compensation: Base salary $46K - $58K (based on knowledge, skills, and experience), plus monthly commission, and annual bonus potential.

Atlas Copco Compressors LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Service Sales) to spearhead territory growth and drive revenue through high-volume, proactive phone outreach. Aggressive Revenue Generation: Proactively prospect, qualify, and close service repairs and service plans to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

High-Volume Phone Outreach: Take ownership of warm and hot leads by maintaining a high daily frequency of direct customer calls actively selling over the phone rather than hiding behind emails.

Territory & Account Expansion: Build and execute strategic outreach plans to maximize sales growth and increase market penetration in your assigned region.

Collaborative Pipeline Management: Track your pipeline accurately in the CRM while supporting peers, sharing market insights, and fostering a culture of collective success rather than unhealthy internal competition.

Commercial Support & Operations: Handle repair quoting, answer complex pricing and credit inquiries, and negotiate contract renewals to guarantee an elevated customer experience.

Cross-Functional Handovers: Work closely with contracts, finance, and order entry teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a flawless, professional brand image.

To succeed, you will need:

Sales Drive: Minimum 35 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, revenue generating sales environment with heavy lead generation.

Phone Communication : Exceptional oral, written, and verbal communication skills with a proven comfort level performing high-volume phone outreach and building instant rapport.

Collaborative Spirit: A team player who lifts others up, actively contributes to a positive department culture, and understands that we win bigger when we win together.

Tech Savvy: 35 years of experience utilizing CRM and ERP systems (such as Salesforce, SAP, C4C, or Oracle) to manage data and pipeline details with high accuracy.

Education : 4-year Bachelor's degree is required.
