Job Highlights

Drive sales growth through inbound and outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and other channels in a remote work environment
Apply insurance expertise to uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions across Allstate's product portfolio
Utilize a proven sales strategy to influence purchase decisions and convert prospects into customers
Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations while maintaining high-quality business production
Meet or exceed performance metrics including sales production, time management, and adherence to sales processes

Candidate Profile

Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License in TX (or willingness to earn) is preferred
1+ year of sales, customer service, or related experience is a plus
Ability to work weekends and nights is required
Applicants must have reliable internet with plug-in ethernet/network cable and a dedicated workspace in the home (Allstate will provide all equipme nt)
Relevant soft skills include high stress tolerance, critical thinking, openness to coaching and feedback, strong communication skills, and accountability
