Are you ready to take the next step in your career? KLINGER GPI is looking for a Sealing Product Specialist to join our West Texas team in Lubbock, TX. This role is a great fit for someone with a Process Technology certificate or anyone with sales experience in the oil and gas industry-whether inside or outside sales.

In this position, you'll work alongside a driven team, represent KLINGER products, and help drive growth across industrial markets. Your hard work won't go unnoticed-we offer a competitive pay range of $50,000 to $100,000 (dependent upon your experience), plus a quarterly KPI bonus and a vehicle allowance.

For eligible high-deductible medical plans, KLINGER GPI contributes $37 per pay period to an HSA. 401k match: 100% match on the first 3% of employee contributions. 50% match on the next 2% of employee contributions. The company provides a $15,000 life insurance policy at no cost to the employee.

What's your day like?

As an Industrial Sales Representative, you'll be the face of KLINGER GPI to our customers in West Texas. You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and seek out new opportunities and grow our customer base in the oil and gas industry. You will promote KLINGER products by developing strategies that deliver value, trust, and long-term partnerships. Use your problem-solving and sales skills to exceed customer expectations and meet targets. This role is ideal if you enjoy connecting with people, thinking strategically, and having a direct impact on company growth.

What matters most

To thrive as a Sealing Product Specialist at KLINGER GPI, you'll need a mix of skills, drive, and mindset that fit well with the oil and gas industry. Since you'll be on the road visiting customers, a valid driver's license and clean driving record are a must. Previous sales experience-especially in oil and gas-will give you a strong foundation, and being comfortable with sales tools and software will help you hit the ground running.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Valid Driver License
• Clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check (required for customer site access)
• Sales experience preferably in the oil and gas industry
